If some man is being refused to give employment or dismissed from job because....
he married some 10 year elder female ;
how can he get legal remedy for it in India????

I DONT THINK SO IF ANY ACT FOR THE SAME IS IN PRACTISE
This things are difficult to prove.

But see a labour lawyer, even if the man is a not a labourer.
I don't know what the laws are in India, but maybe you could ask a lawyer or maybe even someone who has been in the situation before.
