Training Salary? |
Is a "trainig salary" of about $4.30 in a "teen job" legal? Are training salaries in general legal? Keep in mind that this is not for working in a place that receives any type of tipping such as a restaurant. Thanks for any help. Minimum wage in this country is $5.85 unless you are a tipped employee or fall into one of the categories of occupations which are not covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act. There is a bigh diffrense if they say we will pay you 400 a week to train but it takes you 50 hours then ya sorry for you it is sucky. But if they are like we will pay you 4.30 an hour to train then they are wrong. |
