Employer cheating employee on Health Insurance. Any legal options ?

Hi, Can a employee of a IT Consulting company take legal action against consulting company employer for negligence and deliberately not putting the employee and his family on Health Insurance inspite of telling the employee that his family has been added to Company Health Insurance policy.

If you can prove it in writing... you have a case... I hope you made copies of the filled out enrollment forms !
As I explained it, it sounds like they are in the wrong. I agree the employee needs proof that he was told that in order to have a case.
