How can i get a job in US, i'm new thus no reference living in VA'?

Assuming you are legally able to work (work visa, etc) then I would give them whatever references you do have.
What I would recommend is explaining your situation. We all have to start somewhere! Even if you have to except a position you aren't thrilled with for the time being, you can use that as experience and start building a resume.

So, go out there and apply for jobs. Make certain that potential employers know why you have no references, and make sure you let them know that you have skills they are looking for. Tell them why they should hire you. All you can do is try.
why not use a reference from wherever your last job was. many companies are global / know how to make international telephone calls.

if you are new in us. i'm sure you are listing previous experience etc ?
