If a person is summoned to pay CC can he call the lawyers and pay a minimum and avoid the court appearance?

Would a lawyer that represents a cc company accept a minimum payment arrangements instead of going court? Is it more convenient for them ?

More than likely, once they have filed a suit, it is all or nothing. They won't have to work hard at all to get the court to give them a win, and you will STILL have to pay them.

The time to do the minimum payment arrangements is before it gets to this point.

However, at this point, the worst that can happen is the CC company can tell you no -- so why don't you give it a try.

Ask to speak to a manager when you call, the first person/persons you talk to usually can't do anything with it.
