I was collecting unemployment on my previous job, and had a part time job, so they only gave me partial?


So they were only giving me partial unemployment because I had a part time job. I just left this part time job, and now they took away my benefits....can they do that?

If you quit a job, without having another job to go to, then yes, your benefits can be stopped. (even partial benefits)
Yes they can. If you take a job then they look at it like you are helping yourself. If you take a job and quit it looks like you are trying to suck money from the system.
