Is putting a sign up at work gross misconduct if it is against the company?

Is putting a sign up at work gross misconduct if it is against the company?

Yes.
Could be. It depends on the specifics.
Well it aint gonna get you a wage rise is it...doh!
If it was my company you would be an ex employee.
What country are you in?
What work do you do?
What is written on the sign?

Oh forget it..............yes
not sure, but it sure ain't SMART!
Absolutely. I may not be a lawyer - so I can't give you any legal precedents - but I would say that putting up a sign at work that is against the company for whom you work is, at the very least, a truly stupid idea and one that can get you fired (rightfully so, in my opinion). The fact that you are asking the question tells me that you already know it IS gross misconduct and perhaps hope someone will tell you differently.
