IF some four friends with their wishes or consents send to each other & receive from each other ,obscene adult messages through their mobile phones ; will such act be an offence according to Information Technology Act India section 67 because of transmitting or circulating information obscene in electronic form????
Any contract is void if the terms of the contract are illegal. Since the purpose is illegal it is void and unenforceable .
Just because two people agree to commit a crime the agreement does not become legal !!!
officially illegal, but action can only be taken one one of u complaints against the other. if u send s obscene message to me and i complain to police, u can be caught , but if i like the message and dont say anything the matter ends. Thw law says sending obscene messages and photos UNSOLICITED is criminal. I hope i have explained the situation
