What classes should i take in high school to prepare for a major in law?

i want to become a corporate lawyer.
what classes should i take in high school.
what classes should i take : undergraduate and graduate.

thank you

theyre all wrong. corporate law is very competitive and snobby. so it's not what you take, it's where you go. you should be at andover phillips academy choate etc boarding school. if not, you should be at the best private school you can be and be kicking *** and taking names so you can go to an ivy undergrad, kick *** again, and be top of your class or close to in a kick *** law school. sorry but i'm telling it like it is.

prelaw is worthless non-major and not even offered by the best schools. go for a science or econ in undergrad - law schools like diversity and they have seen enough prelaw, poli sci, etc. Source(s): me corp lawyer, you not.
Well probably all they offer in high school ha ha...do they have criminal justice? they had that in mine....what about math classes, history, history of law, english.....in college do the program for law as is and if you want to be more of an expert do the phsycology all of them...cause they usually have a few.

I would say do pre-law and then law school, but if you want to own your own business one day I would throw in some business management etc.....so you can have your own law firm if that is what you desire.
I mean seriously, ....every class you take can be beneficial to you as a lawyer...even a GYM class because you learn about how a body works the injuries that may arise from sports etc. and if you have a case in that area then you may know from experiance or know the basics at least you know.....EVEN cosmetology because as in Legally Blonde you may need to know things about hair, makeup, skin treatments etc...because lately there are a lot of cases about bad haircuts, bad coloring, infections in nails, wrong color, fungus here and there, treatments that went wrong etc. To be a good lawyer you have to know about everythinmg cause in this day and age....people SUE about anything and everything.

Good luck....you got a lot of studying ahead of you....but undoubtly you also have a lot of growth intellectually and you will have a lot of wisdom from every corner of the world...you will know what I mean.
High school class -- English and speech
Undergraduate - prelaw
Finally law school
high school - english (that should be required) and if there is a speech & debate team or mock trial (drama), then those

undergraduate - business administration

graduate - well, you would be in law school at that point. You would have required courses to take and a few electives. Try taxation or anything business oriented. You can also see if you can get a joint J.D./MBA degree. See if the law schools you will eventually apply for have this program available (many do)
