How many times can a lawyer reschedule a deposition?

As many times as they want. The true question is will the opposing counsel object to it and will the judge allow it.
An opposing counsel may object it and set a motion hearing in front of a judge to discuss it. But if the O/C is okay with it. Who cares.

There's no limit...if the other party gets too upset they can draft a motion to compel the depo, but few judges will allow that unless the opposing counsel is obviously foot-dragging.
