Expunged record? |
i just filed to have my record expunged, how long did it take to have your record cleared after filing, i would like to know by experience or if you know someone who had it done. had mine done in Ohio last year and it took about 45 days then i got papers in the mail telling me it was oked by the judge... about 3 weeks later i called to check and it was still on my record about 2 weeks after that it was gone...so call and check first to make sure its really off. |
