Sainsbury's workers look here , please help?

I am leaving the company on 8th September I have given them 4 weeks notice as said in the handbook however I want to leave on Sunday , I'm owed 50 hours RGS hours , and have stated this but they won't listen insisting that I have to work up until 8th , I start new job 12th September and therefore won't get a holiday for at least 6 months , ineed a break to myself before I start my new job.what else can i do?

Nothing:

If the policy states four (4) weeks notice to receive RGS hours and you did not give four (4) weeks notice you did not meet the criteria for the pay.
