Friends I want legal opinion from lawyers or from anybody about contract between client and engineer.? |
Actually my problem is with an engineer who agreed to construct a house according to the contract. That is we both agreed a contract of constructing the house of around 2000 sq.ft. and the agreement also signed. But after completing the work. I asked him to measure the house. But he didn't come instead he said that we won't follow according to the agreement. He added that it may vary. But I didn't let that matter. I brought another engineer to measure the house. He measured it. He said that there is more than 200 sq.ft. deficit is there. I'm really upset about that. When I said this matter to the engineer to whom the contract has been made. He replied me in indecent manner. So dear friends and lawyers I want to know how to approach this matter. Whether I have to go to the "COURT" or to the "ENGINEER ASSOCIATION". I kindly request you all to please help me by giving your valuable advice. This goes straight to court.
