Can I have some legal advice?

I have a hypothetical question. Say that I might have been chucking beer cans at a skunk last night. Say that my neighbor was walking down the street at the same time. Then, just for the heck of it, say that skunk ran out in the street and sprayed him. Would he be able to sue, had any of this happened?
*please and thank you*

you've been drinking again, eh?

....i was busy figuring out how to befriend your black mamba and now you have a skunk!?

i wonder what's next.....
no. it is true that anyone can sue anyone over anything...but the question is, will the court accept the case, will he be able to find a lawyer (and be able to pay the lawyer, who will want $ up front), etc. I think you're in the clear. Now, leave the skunks alone!
life
There are always more things that can be involved. Let's say your neighbor was allergic to skunk stink spray. So your neighbor had to go to the hospital. If we assume that you knew this (being as you have a habit of pelting skunks), you could be sued for medical purposes.

However, it isn't likely unless there are extenuating circumstances.

You could, however, be arrested for littering, or public drunkenness if your neighbor called the cops.
LOL classic, I hope not.
Cool--- throwing cans at the skunk... You stunk up his world.... Now he will stink up yours... You bet he will take you Judge Judy court room...
