How do I apply for paralegal jobs? |
Igraduated from a school with ABA credit. I have an associates in paralegal. Where can I find a job? Print out a dozen of your resumes and stop at every law office you see. Lawyers are pressed for time and aren't going to take a minute to look over an application or resume that gets dropped off. Take a quick minute: walk in, introduce yourself and state the reason you are there, and give them your resume. Plain and simple! Any job hunting site or a local paper. Try Monster.com http://www.monster.com My friend is a Paralegal & she got a job through the Ohio Prison system. She works in an office there & assists inmates on legal matters. Very good pay & benefits. Thats if you can deal with working at a prison. Good luck. Try legal newspapers too in your county and try Craigslist.org. |
