Fired last wk have not changed resume, ck'd no re: contacting employer, so how will they know? Go ahead and let them contact your employer. Legally, they are not allowed to tell anyone that they fired you. They will just confirm your days of employment. If they want references, find an individual, maybe someone you worked with at the same company, who will recommend you highly. OH! just um dude don't tell them unless they ask! i never do :p :):):):):) It can often show up on your credit report. Don't lie, it'll come back to bite you in the - - - everytime! email me @ baca_anita@yahoo.com and tell me what u need -anita:):)::):):) Go ahead let them to contact your previous employer. Unless you did something very very bad - criminal... I do not think your HR dept. will tell anyone what happened. Try not to lie, but not tell them what happened voluntarily. Try to be vague. In a credit/criminal history check everything will show up from day one. Try to do good work and pray! Good luck! They will call them as if it was a credit check and ask if "John Doe" is present. That is when someone will say, "John Doe is no longer with the company." When you check "no" that means that they will not do it as an employment check, but you can bet your bottom dollar they can find out if you are currently employed there. |
