I am a new graduate in the paralegal field, and having a hard time getting experience. anyone know how to gain

Trying to gain experience

Other than going to a temp agency, some newer attorneys may be willing to train a new paralegal. Are you currently employed in a law firm (as something other than a paralegal)? If so, perhaps you could talk to HR and see if you can be a paralegal-trainee (more than your current salary but less than a regular paralegal) so you could gain some experience.
Best (quickest) way in legal field is thru temp agencies. You go to various offices and show what you can do, and if they want you they'll make an opening for you and hire you from the temp agency.
