My marital lawyer won't go into family court with me? |
she says she doesn't "do" family court....what the ?/,/..'k can I get my $$$$ back? her answer is always bs ....who do I call for problems or disputes.... She doesn't want that case. Are you lying in family court? Is your case an attempt to harass your spouse? Does she know it? Call the Bar Association? The local BAR association! You need to lodge a complaint with the bar and see if they can do anything about her not going into court with you . I think that is a bunch of bull her not wanting to go into marital court with you . good luck Yes you can sue her, any lawyer that does not represent her client or does not handle a case professionally can be sue, it is the law, send me a reply and i will get you the law code that applys to this answer so that you can respond better and dont look like you dont know nothing and i will ask my paralegal teacher more information on this for you if you would like and good luck l lilrosie01@yahoo.com |
