Need a good lawyer that will work for commission?

For fraud, involving a minor taking a second mortgage out and getting the money

Check the local Yellow Pages. If anyone does this, they will have an ad for it there.
Generally, lawyers don't work for "commission" -- they work on contingency. The case would need to have a lot of merit for someone to take it on contingency.

You can try going to http://www.findlaw.com, and submitting your issue there, or you could try a local law school.

In addition, when it involves "fraud" that would be something that perhaps the county/district attorney may get involved in -- at least from a penalization view. I might check there too.
