Does anyone know where I can download a will for free? A friend needs one ASAP and I am not sure where to look. Not sure where you can find one online for free. However, if you go to your local library (or local law library), you can find a good NOLO-Press book which covers wills. They have sample wills and most of the books have CDs that you can download the forms to complete. Also, you may want to tell us what state your friend is in because the probate laws and will requirements are different in each state...
