Is it legal to restrict employees from dating parent of child enrolled in your daycare? |
Is it legal to restrict employees from dating parent of child enrolled in your daycare? Sounds more like a policy than a law. Good luck. Source(s): http://www.GetTheExperts.com Why stop them? With any luck they will eventually create more "business" for the daycare center. i don't know if its illegal but they can make it there policy and if you don't follow it they can fire you. It should be, conflict of interest. Day care employees should not be using a day care center to pick up people anyway, that person has a screw loose and should not be around children. You can certainly discourage it, but you can't restrict it. Nope not legal. A teacher's union would love this question. Send it to the AFT. LOL! |
