I need advice on suing a technical school? |
Yes im in a technical college know as vatterott college, This school is the biggest joke i have ever seen i payed a high price to go to this school , teachers who are way under qualified to teach a college class let alone be in the field, Severly poor uppper managment somtimes no books along with no teachers Vatterott has already been sued for the same reason Im located in Oklahoma I drive 100 miles one way to this School Ive learned about 25% of the curriculm i was show when i started the school Im really gonna be in trouble when i get done in 3 months please if you have any information that could help lead me to a good lawyer with prior fraud cases thanks A technical school is NOT a college. Their instructors typically do not have college degrees, but they have experience in their field. They are also not state run, they are privately owned. They do not answer to the state board of education. You can try to find a lawyer, but your "case" would be so unwinnable that you won't find one that would be willing to do it on contingency, which means you'll have to cough up a few thousand dollars on a case that you'll end up losing anyway. Cut your losses. No lawyer will take this case. There's no fraud here...just buyers remorse. I'm a paralegal Sorry you are dealing with this issue. Lawyers no longer have to be expensive when dealing with your legal issues. Since you are a college student you probably don't have a lot of money. But you should be able to access the legal system without cutting into your college fund to do it. You should take a look at the source below and forward it to your parents. Good luck I hope this helps. http://www.GetTheExperts.com http://www.gettheexperts.buildlastingsuc... |
