Claim back wages when told case is closed?



i have recived a email to confirm the case is closed in May regarding wages i was over paid then paid back
i have now opened a grievance against payroll as i have missing money for another reason / month.
They are now saying they did a error the 1st time and infact i still owe 拢1500 evan though they said it was all closed. can they do this?

There is no such thing as "CLOSED".

Please demand the statement of accounts and you are legally entitled for it. After receiving the statement please examine it for discrepancies and reconcile it with your book of accounts.

You are legally entitled to claim any thing which is due to you, within a period of 3 years from the date of leaving service
