Working at Zumiez?

Anyone work at Zumiez? How is it? Is it really hard to get a lot of sales? When you first start the job did you not make enough money? Was it hard to get more hours when you first started? Give a summary of what you think about working at Zumiez.

I imagine working there would be very much like working other retail jobs. You'll likely be paid minimum wage, or a little more. They may also offer extra pay based on bonuses or a commission structure.

I'm sure the amount of hours you get depends on your schedule and that of the other employees. If your location is severely understaffed, you'll get plenty of hours right out of the gate.

Good luck in your job search! Source(s): 10 years in sales.
