I am going to college this fall, majoring in marketing. i want to know what are the job aspects in marketing? what kind of jobs can i get with a marketing degree? what is the average salary for a person with a marketing degree? i really need your help!!! thank you. =) oh, one last question: do people with a marketing degree get to travel often overseas? do they get to travel alot? However, you can expect the pay to go up over time. After several years, you could easily be making double that amount. The travel aspect will really hinge on what type of company you are working for. If it is international markets, travel could be very likely, if you are in the marketing department of a hometown small business, you probably won't.
