What is a good way to try and find overseas jobs?
I find many fraud sites. But if you are applying for UN, WHO or jobs at similar reputed organizations then you can go to their website. But if you are thinking for a placement at a private organization then you should seek help from a good friend/family member if they reside in that country/city so that you can follow up with the organization. These days one has to be sure of fraudulant sites.
try the internet, plenty of online job search available per country. Try monster.com or jobstreet.com, or better yet, search google. Also search on line bulletin boards or forums. Hope this helps! :)
