New and innovative Marketing Ideas for Apartments? |
Our management company is always wanting new and innovative marketing ideas for our apartments? Know of anything that works well no matter where you're located? Yes. take pictures of your buildings, make websites, write catchy description listing all benefits of the apt itself and the neighborhood and post them in craigslist, whatever local classifieds you have there, convenience store billboards and all that works viral. 10-15% of apts business comes from on line sources [this number is my opinion, you can quote me when presenting the idea to your boss ;) ] R. I'd definitely advertise in the local apartment magazines, as well as on their websites. Try some creative ideas as well. Maybe you could make a mini-model of your floorplans and display them at a local mall. Make sure to advertise all of the amenities you offer at your property.... or add new ones! Don't use the typical descriptions of your amenities. Offer things such as community activities, Sunday brunches, study hours for kids, etc. Be creative and you'll get prospective residents excited too! 10 years in sales. 2 years in leasing. |
