Like vending machines and other small things

have contests and a "sub club"

walk around naked...holding samples of your latest coffee beverage
Competition (tournaments with good prizes)
put up a big sign that uses and emphisizes the word "FREE" and whatever you want to give away
You will need to differentiate the services you provide. If possible, increase the badwdith of your access and provide more games. If possible, organize tournaments with prizes like a thumbdrive or gadget. You can organize special group disocunts if more than 10 people sign up for three hours on friday might or give away a free drink or light meal if they're willing to play for more than 3 hours.
