What's the salary wage for a starting sales associate at West Elm?


I'm looking to change jobs and The West Elms stores looks like a good place to start over... Any body have an idea on how the salaries work and pay?

As with most retail jobs, you'll likely earn minimum wage (or just above) with extra earning potential in bonuses and commissions.
