Where can i apply to a top job recuitment agency that really helps you?

do they pick you as candidate? or help you? because i feel they only help you if they feel your suitable for that business meaning they will get commission from them.

Recruitment consultancies are businesses, not charities. They get paid for the people they place. So you, the candidate, need to register your CV with the agencies that have the kind of jobs that you are likely to be considered for. If you're a rookie, don't expect any agency to put you forward for jobs that require 5 years experience in the role. Their professional reputation is on the line every time they put a candidate forward.

It sounds like you need to do a bit more research into your job hunting. Job hunting is a job in itself. And you also need to show prospective employers what you can do for them to solve their problems, not how they can solve yours.

That's the truth. Recruitment Consultants are paid commission to place people in specific jobs. They have no interest in you as a person or your career plans. Most good job sites have a lot of information and advice on career planning. Some of them offer one to one advice from career experts. Try www.irishjobs.ie for an excellent advice section called Workwise.
