How do I quit my job???

I have no idea what to say. The reason is really stupid, I just don't want to work there anymore. Its stupid and minimum wage. But I can't say that. And I'm really nervous about what to actually say , I've never done this before. Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!

Leaving because you're unhappy with the job and your pay sounds like a good reason to me!

I would put it in writing, give them 2 weeks notice, and speak to your supervisor face-to-face. Just tell them you appreciate the chance to work there, but you've been a great opportunity to move on.

I'm sure in a minimum wage environment they must have high turnover. Your boss will understand, so just be professional.

Now, just make sure you have a new and better job lined up BEFORE you quit!

Good luck! Source(s): 10 years in sales.
Go up to your supervisor and tell him/her that you will no longer be able to waste anymore of your life on this dead end job, and then go out and find yourself a pimp and make some real money.
Ignore answer 1. Just tell your supervisor that you are giving your two weeks notice because you are seeking other opportunities.
Walk into the office and call your boss an asshole. He will probably fire you then you won't have to worry about it.
ask to speak to your manager in private and say this. "I've really enjoyed working here, but i think i need to resign." wait for the reply, and take it from there. just go for it. dont waste your time doing something you dont wanna do.lifes too short.
If you can afford to be out of work, go to your supervisor and tell him that you don't feel challenged by your job and you have decided to see what other opportunities are out there for you. Have this in writing as well and give him the letter as you tell him your decision to leave. Giving two weeks notice is good policy, but not strictly required in most cases. It's better to leave on good terms.

If you can't afford to be out of work, find another job first, then do the same thing as above. It isn't always as easy to find a job as some people think it is, and it could be a while before you find new work.
