What exactly does a shoe specialist do? The position is available at my store and I'm curious about it. I'm currently sales floor/operator and I enjoy it. I was wondering what duties a specialist has and if I should apply for it.
Shoe Specialist is a fancy title for Manager of the Shoe Dept. You would probably stock the shoes and help customers and may oversee a few folks in the Shoe Dept. If you think you are ready to be a Manager, go for it. It never hurts to apply!
