When time do people usually look for jobs online or in the papers? My own personal anecdotal experience is in the evening & on the weekends. In addition to our recruiting business, we also have a job board specializing in our industry & we see a big increase in traffic in the evening & on weekends. It's also when we've done the bulk of our job searches.
