I want to progress as a sales person .how can i catch clients? You have to master your selling techniques. High pressure selling is frowned upon these days. The best way to convince a prospect is to show how your product or service satisfies his needs. You can do this by exuding confidence and showing that your product or service does help him. Peace and blessings! Source(s): My more than 30 years experience in sales and marketing management. just show your confident, you can easyly catch them,,, 1. you don't catch anyone. they are not fish or std's. You acquire them by 1a) believe in what your selling, and 1b)believing in yourself. 2. Be unpredictable. People don't like boring sales people who talk in monotone, or follow a cliche. If they walk in to your store, do a cartwheel in front of them before you greet them. That'll suprise the crap out of them! Then listen to what they want. You'll gain a friend as well as a client. I'm sure of it. 3. Empathy is the best sales technique I know of. If the person opens up to you, it means they trust you! 4. This is a cliche that is as solid as a rock. I know I said don't follow cliches but this one you should. Match the customers body movements, language, stances, etc. If they fold their arms, you copy. Obviously without letting the customer know you are doing it on purpose. If they cuss, you cuss. So on and so forth. 5. Don't comprimise your morals for a sale. Customers, and clients will buy more if they respect you than if you are willing to sell your soul to the devil for his business. Sell the soul of your products. Meaing, sell to clients the solutions and benefits of the products and not the features. Anyone can sell features. Listen to your prospect. From there you are able to determine what it is that he really wants out of the product. Talk less. www.soundinvesting.blogspot.co... |
