First of all, focus your new efforts on your existing client base. They're already warmed up to you and will be more open when you present to them.

1. Start a sales incentive program for your salesmen.
2. Encourage your staff to upsell.
3. Give current customers the inside scoop on promotions, new products, etc.
4. Offer customer rewards programs (i.e. deals for more items purchased).
