I am starting my resume' & researched "how to" on line & they suggested these titles and thought I would take advantage of them. What do you think? Objective To work with, compliment and assist with a team and or partner to achieve the same sales goals. Forge new employment whereas we compliment one another鈥檚 integrity and accountability. Career Highlights / Qualifications Two consecutive years I lead two different teams; that had no sales experience to sales that doubled the previous years. The wholesaler gave recognition to the store in which I lead, an 鈥淓lite Dealership Award鈥?and informed us the store is number one in the northern part of the state. I think Shy is on to something, but didn't explain very well. You want to use dynamic words on the resume to grab the reader's attention and to give them the sense you're really out to get this job. Words like accomplished, implemented, and strengthened are just examples, but they give a better impression of the effort you put in at your last job. Keep it clear and concise. Anything too busy or difficult to read will get tossed. List your employment history and relevant experience. Definitely make a note that you played a crucial role in the award presented to your dealership. After you've finalized your cover letter, resume and e-mail message, check and recheck them for errors in spelling or punctuation. A simple typo can eliminate you from consideration. (Change the fact that you "lead" the store to that you "LED" the store!) Regardless of your qualifications and experience, if you make mistakes on your employment documents, hiring managers might assume you'll be equally careless on the job. No, hire a professional to write your resume. looks fair, but u need power words,(big educate word) use what u have but tray some word use words of power, tips: > try to make an outline of your resume, or bullets, its more pleasant to the eye and readable > avoid paragraphs, again bullets or outline is still the best choice > segregate - employment history, educational history, special skills, trainings, references. > you can have a very short paragraph as an objective at teh start likw what you did > make it short and simple The objective should be short and simple so someone scanning it can get the summary very quickly. Also, the grammar should be correct. |
