Customer keep coming back to exchange goods she not happy,7 times already,what shld sales staff tell her? Customer always right. that is the motto wherever u go to buy something or work at any selling department store. Some customer really cannot understand the word meaning Customer always right. If the same customer come to exchange good that she not happy just remind the customer that whatever good have been sold must have a good reason the exchange unless the customer only want play a fool with u. But u must be polite went u want to answer any question related to the good that customer bought, make sure whatever is she not satisfied try to solve it before she go out from the shop so that we can make sure the customer did not come back to us for exchange and remind her there will be more exchaging good after she satisfied with our service. Your company may need to set a limit to the number of times someone can return items in a year. You may ask her what it is about the merchandise she is returning that is making her unhappy and encourage the employees to give her extra attention when she is there shopping so you can help her figure out what she wants. This can be a pain. I am in retail and understand the issue. This will really pertain to what type of product and what the law says about returns in your state. Personally I feel that after the second exchange you should just offer her to RETURN it only. You are losing more and more money with each exchange. If she is not happy at this point-When will she be happy. Give her her money back and end it now. Otherwise you will be forced to continue this nightmare for quite some time. Not everyone is entitiled to happiness. If the product does what it says and and is within what is deemed to be up to manufacturer standards then you have fulfilled your end. It depends on the type of goods she is exchanging. If it is clothing, that she keeps for just a few days, then wants to exchange, I would bet that she is wearing them, then bringing them back to get something new! You really need to ask this woman. You can say something like, "I notice you have exchanged several items lately, and I am concerned that you have not been happy with them. Could you tell me what the problem is with them so I can help? better advice to check his(her)` health state! |
