I'm going to college next year and want to major in some sort of business where I can make a decent salary. Perhaps in the communication or marketing field but I'm not sure yet. Anyone in these fields or different field of buisness? Do you enjoy your job? What exactly are your tasks? Do you make a decent salary? Thanks!
You should major in something you love not by some idea that you can make a decent salary. Marketing is many times sales. Either you sell to another person or you need to sell your marketing ideas to a company. Even if you work within the Marketing Division of a company, you will still be expected to sell the marketing idea to the corporate people. If you like sales, do it. If you don't like sales, don't waste your time or money. Ask yourself what you really like to do....and then incorporate that into your career. Good luck. |
