What is a reasonable base salary for an entry-level recruiter in the Philly area?


I am in the interviewing process at a local recruiting firm. The company I am interviewing for offers a $50K base for people with 2 years experience. I currently have no experience in the industry. What is a reasonable base salary to expect should I be offered the position?
