What is the most difficult part of sales/customer service work?

Everyone talks about customer service. It depends on you weather its a stressful situation or not. You have to put yourself in the customers shoes, Sure they are irate because they often they get the run around. . Its just the way we do business, people want respect and to have a CSR hang up on you after you've been in the queue for a long time your patience is limited. The key is not to take it personal and let what ever they do bounce off of you. And don't carry it on to the next customer or call. Don't have conversations whith them and just do the basics of the prolem. The most difficult part is your attitude and how you vision and experience your job
Irate, difficult, pushy or unsatisfiable customers!!!
moronic over-entitled idiots who are never happy.
The customers because you can run into the sweetest people but on the other hand you'll run into those people that can never stop complaining.....
Satisifying the customer.. Or closing the sales depending on the type of sales or customer service work you are doing.. I would have to say, there are just some customers that will never be satisfied no matter what is done... Good luck
Trying to work with the concept that the customer is always right.
having to stand on your feet all day and your in so much pain when you get home. and the cust's who think they own the store you work in and the prance around absorbing all your time when it could be spent helping other cust's to have more sales and in the end they only buy 1 damn thing!
