How much do stores like Torrid and Lane Bryant pay their sales associates?

Here in nyc they get paid $7.50 an hour( no commission). When they come out with new bras or panties you get a free one of each plus you get good discounts. Source(s): Lane Bryant asst. manager for 2 yrs.

Minimum wage and possibly commission.
Most likely minimum wage or maybe a little bit above that since they're most likely in a mall.
Generally, minimum wage as well as a discount on merch.. Also, if you work for a fashion/clothing store you MUST wear clothes that are selling at that time on the racks.. So, you can't wear out of season clothing which can eat into your take home money if you are constantly buying clothes to wear to work.. I used to work for LERNER CORP and I only did it part time to buy clothes for my full-time job... Good luck
