Is it really unethican ??

i am working in a realestate company as a sales person, now i have to cahnge my work for another company.
the thing is that my current boss asked me if i wanted to work with him for only commision and i accepted that . do you think this is unethical to work for a same service giving company in a same field?

The vast majority of employers would have a problem with your working for a competitor simultaneously. This creates a conflict of interest and could result in your termination from one company.... or both.

Since you are working in real estate, which is a competitive field, I can only see problems. You really need to decide who you want to work for and devote 100% of your efforts toward them. Source(s): 10 years in sales.
While it may not be unethical, it may be against your company's code of employee conduct. Usually the only field I have seen where this would be appropriate is in law enforcement. Other companies usually frown upon this type of work.
What? I recommend spell check and a basic English/Grammar course before taking any further steps.
