Get motivated, set goals and most of all get help.

Sales is a demanding career. Sometimes you are on a roll and other times sales can be flat. Learning how to be consistent is a trick that has to be mastered overtime.

Set a personal goal to exceed your previous quarter sales by X%, then, increase that percentage until you have gained the sales goal either set by your company or yourself.

If you haven't already, seek the advice of someone, preferably in sales, who you know and trust.
