What is the best answer to my boss when he ask me to but an appraisal to my work? |
my boss asked me to but a qualitative appraisal of my performance in my work he gave me items and i have to rank my performance in that items and he will discus that with me what is the best choices middle ranking or highst its like asking u to find 10 things u are the best at and 10 things u think u need improvement in. its easy to find what we're good at, its the con part that is hard. make sure u pick the "bad" qualities that can be solved easily and not too negative Is this your question? You are able to multitask. You follow direction well and you are a quick learner. You help customers at all times and you are professional in addressing customer concerns. You work well with others and you are well liked. You are at work on time each day and you finish your duties timely with no mistakes. You meet deadlines and correct problems with the aid of your immediate supervisor and you can perform your duties unsupervised. If you put anything less than 100% job quality or other than a "Highest" for an answer to an appraisal on any question about job rating by any employer then you are a fool. Now go ask for a raise.
