I just got hired to sell timeshare for WorldMark. Does anyone do the same job- is the pay really over $80,000? Depends on how big of a liar you are. Worldmark is a fantastic resort but the sales company is becoming worse and worse. As a product worldmark could sell under more ethical sales practices. Hi pressure buy today salesmen are incapable of telling the truth so if you can then this job is not for you. If you want to learn about worldmark as a timeshare how to useit and how to avoid high pressure sales go to www.wmowners.com Source(s): www.wmowners.com I didn't take the job. Found out you don't get paid for a sale until 10 days later, and if a customer default's it's taken out of your pay. This is in addition to my having to pay $490 for a real estate license. Too many cons. Not. Do you know anyone who actually BOUGHT a time share? Of course not, it's commission based...and you'll be lucky to make 10,000. Timeshares are a dime a dozen and in low demand. Don't spend the $80K until you see it. You'd only get that if you sold a heck of a lot of timeshare units. |
