Why do sales companies always fcuk you around with your wages? |
Is it company policy? I think i'll become a copper instead! I agree the more money you make for them the less they want to pay they are all the same you get a honeymoon of 3years if your lucky.take my advise and look for something else. they have to earn a living too, dont be so greedy you should be lucky they pay you anything with an attitude like that. Not all companies do that. Reputable and successful companies look at their people as assets. Peace and blessings! Source: My more 30 years experience in sales, marketing and general management Because the longer the money stays in there bank , the more interest they get , large companies can earn quite a lot of money this way so sorry to hear that; maybe you're just in the wrong company. salaries are not really meant to be taken home whole -there's taxes and govt contributions (depending on what country you're in). best way is to talk to your HR staff of direct supervisor and ask them breakdown of salary and deductions. i think if your company will explain to you the details, you wouldnt feel as bad... |
