How old do I have to be to work at Target? |
I live in California and im 16, going to be 17 in October. How old do I have to be to work at Target? 16. Don't listen to these idiots. I used to work at a target and there were a ton of people there who were 16. Hell, i had an interview when i was 16 at a target. It says on the Join the Team sign. You're almost there! One more year! Generally the state sets the minimum age for employing children. Usually it is 16, unless it is a family business. There may be restrictions on how many hours a kid can work, and which nights of the week. Stores like Target may have their own regulations.
