How to be a top salesgirl? Know your product. Learn to listen. Develop client relationships. Work your butt off. Stay focused. You WILL succeed! Show cleavage...yeah...know that's terrrible...but it's the TRUTH...good luck.. you should really CLARIFY what field you're in ! common sense I've known some wonderful female sales managers. You have to shoot for the top with the knowledge of your product, tell third party stories, and be yourself and have fun doing it and you will sell alot. Jennifer study your craft. It's not going to be natural. Learn from others in your field. Get your presentation down so you can tapdance from ANYWHERE in it. Answer the objection to the prospects satisfaction, and slide right back into your presentation. Stay in control without them knowing it. did I mention STUDY? Closes, get them down... as many as you can but have 3 to 5 that you can do in your sleep. Listen more than you talk. Remember, a person convinced against their will, is of the same opinion still. Avoid buyers remorse in your clients by leading them to the decision you want them to have, but don't sell ... let them buy. Read alot of zig ziglar, and stephen Covey, Tom Hopkins, et al.
