I have a great position (Account Executive) and need qualified staffing industry personnel. All of the great people seem to be working!!! Is there anyone out there? Any suggestions greatly appreciated :)
I would probably try to get ahold of some sales trainers, motivational speakers, and see if any of their staff is looking to make a move. It's not a matter of "stealing" a sales person. If a salesman is looking to make a move, word will get around OR the trainer might run into someone in their line of work that would work out and can refer them to you. I'm sure there are other avenue's that are available, but that's the first one that quickly comes to mind.
Good salespeople always want to help others. It's a quirky habit we develop.
