Interviewed with company, Global Marketing insights, inc?

I just had an interview with the company above. It sounded like a pretty good company to work for. However, being in marketing and vying for entry level jobs i'm always skeptiical that it sounds too good to be true. Has anyone ever worked for the company? What does it entail? Is it soliciting?

I've looked at their web site. Of course I can't be sure of this, but my bet is you will be on the phone 8 hours a day trying to sell the company's "consulting" services to other companies. It looks as if they sell some sort of sales training course. There are many many many companies doing the same.

What is the base pay and what is the commission rate? Do they offer any benefits?

If is mostly or all commission and there are no benefits you are not being offered an employment situation. They want you to be a "1099"
